Valentin Borisovich graduated from the historical department of the faculty of history and philology of Voronezh State University (1953), and studied there as a post-graduate student.
Valentin Borisovich was published in Voronezh periodicals since 1954. In 1957-1968, he was a correspondent for children's and youth radio broadcasts in the editorial office of the "Voronezh news" of the regional Committee for television and radio broadcasting. Valentin Borisovich was a correspondent of the newspaper of the South-Eastern railway "Forward" (1973-2004). Since 2005, the Press Secretary of the public organization "Voronezh Union of Pensioners".
