In 1970-1971 was a school teacher in Kirsanov, Tambov region. Since 1974 is a professor, associate professor, professor of the department of philosophy, sociology and history of the Voronezh Institute of Civil Engineering (Voronezh State University of architecture and construction), at the same time since 2004 is a head of the Department of General humanitarian disciplines of the Voronezh branch of the Moscow humanitarian and economic Institute.
She wrote more than 70 works, including books "Modern ethics: problems of determinism and free will (methodological aspects)" (Voronezh, 1993).
