Valentina Panteleevn worked as an assistant (1957-1959), head of department (1959-2002), professor (since 2002), Department of Hospital Pediatrics, Voronezh State Medical Institute (now Voronezh State Medical Academy). Founder of the Scientific School of Pediatric Nephrology. Initiator of the Department of Pediatric Nephrology at the Regional Children's Hospital (1970).
Author of more than 200 scientific papers, including co-author of books: "Kidney Diseases in Children" (Moscow, 1976); "Treatment of glomerulonephritis in children" (Moscow, 1988); "Interstitial nephritis" (Moscow, 1988), editor of 10 collections of pediatrics and pediatric nephrology.
