Valery Dyadyuchenko, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (Rosgidromet), State Councilor of the Russian Federation of the 2nd class (since 20.11.2009).

Background

Valery Dyadyuchenko was born on the 21st of April, 1947, in Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region of the Ukrainian SSR.

Education

Valery received his education at Bauman Moscow High Technology School (1971), majoring in Radioelectronic Devices.

Career

Since 1971 Valery worked at Bauman Moscow High-Technology University. Then he worked at the Hydrometeorological Center. In the 1990's he was the chief state inspector for oversee the active impacts on hydrometeorological processes of the Russian Federation.

Since 1998, Valery was in position of state secretary - deputy head of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Russian Federation. On the 4th of June, 2004, he was appointed deputy head of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Russian Federation.

Achievements

  • Valery participated in the creation of systems associated with the accumulation and use of microwave energy in the real atmosphere.
