Career

Before World War II, party official. During World War II, political officer in the armed forces. After World War II, political officer in the Soviet forces in Germany.

Deputy head of the Political Administration of the Armed Forces, 1948-1950. Worked in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Deputy Minister of State Security, and further posts in the Political Administration of the Armed Forces, 1951-1962. appearances on TV teaching ballet.

Gorbachev’s government approached her with the request that she perform occasionally in the USSR. Appeared with the Kirov Ballet in Swan Lake at the Business Design Centre in Islington, August 1988.

The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
