Vasiliy Ivanovich Lisov graduated from Forestry Processing faculty of Voronezh Forestry Institute in 1975. Doctor of economic sciences (2000) and professor (2002).
Career
In 1974-1975 Vasiliy Ivanovich was the chairman of trade-union committee, in 1975-1976 the secretary of All-Union Leninist Young Communist Committee. Since 1981 he worked in the office of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist Union, Committee of USSR National Control, USSR Council of Ministers.
Since 1991 Vasiliy Ivanovich is the first deputy chairman of the board of V.I. Lenin children fund, since 1992 is the head of social support fund to population of Russian Federation. In 1993-1995 Vasiliy Ivanovich was the president of joint-stock company "Rosagroprom". From 1995 to 1998 was the head of Interbank. In 1998-1999 was the rector of Tax Police Academy, in 1999-2000 was the first deputy head of tax police in Voronezh regional Office.
Since 2002 Vasiliy Ivanovich is the First Deputy Head of educational Department at government of Moscow City. Since 2009 Vasiliy Ivanovich is a Rector of Russian State Geological University.
