Graduated from the Mechanical Faculty of the Voronezh Institute of Technology (1985), All-Union Financial and Economic Institute (1992), postgraduate study at the Voronezh Institute of Technology (1993).
Career
Assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor of the Department of Economic Theory of the Voronezh Institute of Technology (1993-1998). Head of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines, later - Department of Management and Economics of Voronezh State Institute of Physical Culture (2003-2007). In 2007-2008 was Head of the Department of Economic Theory of the Voronezh Economic and Legal Institute.
Author of more than 100 scientific and methodical works, including 15 books on economics.
