He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 1986.
He worked at the Voronezh Institute Giproprom from 1986 till 1991. He was an employee of at Voronezhproekt Institute beginning from 1991. At the same time, he was a senior lecturer (2001-2004), associate professor beginning from 2004 of the Department of Architecture Design and Urban Planning of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
He is the author of many projects in Voronezh, including buildings of banking affiliate "Voronezh" and the administration of the Kominternovsky district, the training and laboratory building of the Voronezh Forestry Engineering Academy (together with N.I. Shafhorostova), residential buildings along Moscow Avenue, in the Northern residential area, down the street Port-Arthur (together with V.A. Afonin), Olkhovy lane (together with M.M. Belyakova). He designed residential buildings for the cities of Lytkarino, Lyubertsy and the village of Kotelniki in Moscow Region.
Member of the Union of Architects (1994). Laureate of competitions for a monument to Voronezh soldiers who died in peacetime, a monument to T.G. Shevchenko in the city of Rossosh of the Voronezh Region (sculptor V. Petrikhin), a cultural-hotel complex “Zvanitsa” in Pskov, attic in house-building industry.
