In the book he presents a new theory of gravity based on the hypothesis that mass reduces the Heisenberg uncertainty. Quantum mechanical transitions within a particle then are less in the half nearest to an external mass and thus a surplus moves from the farther half towards the nearer half. The Netto result is that the whole particle moves in the direction of the external mass, making gravity a purely quantum mechanical process.
He also analyzes the movement of a photon near a mass with the principle of least action: the photon tries to make as big steps (oscillations with low frequency).
Therefore passing a zone where the second slows down and the unit of length increases. This is in agreement with the photon"s observed parabolic route.
