Vasily Fedorovich Kastner was the owner of a music store in the city of Voronezh (since the 1870s). He traded notes, musical instruments, organized tours of musicians and singers, printed notes and musical aids (works by V.G. Rostropovich, G.V. Skripitsyna, P.A. Stepanov and other authors). After the death of Kastner, the store went to G.E.Fuchs.
