Vasily Mikhailovich graduated from the philological department of the Faculty of History and Philology of the Voronezh State University (1955).
Career
Vasily Mikhailovich engaged in many years of pedagogical work in Talovaya. For 25 years, he was the head of the literary society at the regional House of Pioneers. More than 20 years headed the regional poets association. He was published in collective works, Voronezh periodicals.
