Viachaslau Bortnik is a Belarusian American public figure, human rights defender, and linguist. He is a founder and former chairperson of Amnesty International Belarus (2002-2006). He is also a former Secretary of the Rada (Council) of the Belarusian Democratic Republic (2016-2019).
