Vicki worked for Broward Community College, Pembroke Pines, as a professor from 1981 until 1996. She is currently a writer, published mostly in the crime field over the last twenty years.
She has been a member of National Writers Association, Florida Center for the Book.
Vicki married William C. Hendricks on June, 1973, but they divorced in June, 1986. She has a child: Benjamin.
