2010“The Company Wargaming.net entered the Stock Exchange in 2011. We didn’t have any ideas of selling IPO. To be in business we decided to take on additional responsibilities imposed by the presence on the Stock Exchange. The Stock Exchange is small, but there are some rules. We entered the Stock Exchange voluntarily; we were not forced by anybody. We don’t use stock through sales of shares. However, we are present there and we must hand in accounts, press releases, etc. We can’t make anything illegal, because Securities and Exchange Commission controls each our step” – commented Victor Kislyi to media how the company has entered the Stock Exchange.
