Was born on November 19, 1952 in the village of Лапичи Asipovichy district of Mogilev region. At the present time - the Deputy Director on scientific work of the Scientific-research economic Institute of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Belarus. He graduated from the Belarusian state University (1974), postgraduate course at the Institute of economy of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences (1982). The author of more than 70 works, including 8 monographs and brochures.
