Career

Vitaly Alexandrovich Ivanov worked as an engineer of hydropower station (Tambov, 1956-1957), freelance correspondent of the Voronezh Regional Radio (1957-1961), employee of the Voronezh Regional Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting (1961-1996).

The beginning of the literary work - since 1951. He was published in the magazine "Lifting", "Hunting and hunting sectors", the almanac "Fisherman-athlete", "Forest and Man", "Desk calendar", collective collections. Author of many collections of poems, including "War Birchs" (Voronezh, 1985), "To the Glory of the Fatherland" (village of Nizhnedevitsk, Voronezh Region, 1995), "Mistress of the Trushchinsky Bor" (Voronezh, 1995), "With a raised visor" (Voronezh, 1998), "For centuries with the unkind face" (Voronezh, 1999). Many works are devoted to the image of the nature of the native land.

Achievements

• Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation (1993), Honorary Radio operator of the USSR, a prize-winner of the competitions of the Voronezh regional organization of the Union of Journalists (1969, 1982).
  
  The prize-winner of the All-Union Competition "On the Routes of the XI Five-Year Plan" for active promotion of tourism and excursions (1982).

Membership

Ivanov is an honorary member of the regional society of hunters (1982).
