Graduated from the faculty of cultural enlightenment of the Tambov Institute of Culture 1990.
Worked as an actor at the Voronezh Puppet Theater, as an employee of a large-circulation newspaper "For Communism" and a factory radio announcer. Also for a long time he was a speaker of the Voronezh Regional Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting. Chef-editor of the "Voronezh" radio station since 2006.
He is an author of many radio programs dedicated to the figures of the Voronezh cultural life.
