Chairman, Center Faction at 3rd and 4th Dumas. After 1917 February Revol Synod senior prosecutor for Provisional Government. Accomplice to Kornilov revolt.
Commissioned by General Headquarters to negotiate with Kerenskiy. After 1917 October Revol emigrated. November 1921 joined Smena vekh (Changing Landmakrs) movement.
Gave speech in Paris entitled Sovetskaya vlast' v bor’be za russkuyu gosudarstvennost' (The Soviet Regime in the Struggle for a Russian State System), published as a separate pamphlet in Berlin in 1922. 1922 returned to Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics and worked for central economics institutions.
