Commissioned by General Headquarters to negotiate with Kerenskiy. After 1917 October Revol emigrated. November 1921 joined Smena vekh (Changing Landmakrs) movement.
Gave speech in Paris entitled Sovetskaya vlast' v bor’be za russkuyu gosudarstvennost' (The Soviet Regime in the Struggle for a Russian State System), published as a separate pamphlet in Berlin in 1922. 1922 returned to Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics and worked for central economics institutions.
