Education
He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physical Culture in 1964.
Career
He had been a senior teacher and coach at the Voronezh Specialized Junior School of Olympic Reserve No. 2 since 1965. He worked as senior coach of the RSFSR and the USSR national teams in trampolining in 1973-1987. Since 1966 he had been a chairman of the regional and in 1975-1985 All-Russian federations for trampolining. He also had been a chairman of the Board of the Regional Fund for Assistance to Veterans of Sport since 1996.
