Vladimir Mikhailovich Kotenko worked at the television studio (Voronezh Regional Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting, 1963-1965), as a feuilletonist (pseudonym B. Fikusov) of the newspapers "Molodoy Communar" and "Communа" (1965-1990). Founder and Сhief editor of the comic newspaper “Avos!” (Since 1991).
Author of 10 books of satire and humor, including "Love under a pseudonym" (Moscow, 1980), "Horoscope on duty" (Moscow, 1989), "War with the Amazons" (Voronezh, 1999), "Cow on a bicycle" (Voronezh, 2008).
