Vladimir Nikolaevich graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute (1950).

Career

Vladimir Nikolaevich worked at the Institute "Chelyabinskoblproekt" (1950-1953), Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute (1953-1963). He was a chief architect of the city of Chelyabinsk (1963-1968). Senior Researcher (1968-1971), head of the Department of Urban Planning of the Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute (1971-1973), head of the department of architectural design and urban planning of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute (since 1973).

For many years he was a member of the town planning council at the Office of the Chief Architect of Voronezh. He investigated the architectural and town planning problems of the Ural region, the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly area, the Central Black Earth economic region.

Author of more than 70 scientific and methodical works, scientific editor of several collections.
