Vladimir Petrovich graduated from the Spanish department of the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology of Voronezh State University (1967).
In 1967-1971, Vladimir Petrovich was a lecturer of the Department of Spanish Philology of Odessa State University. Since 1971, he was an assistant, associate professor, professor of the Department of Philosophy of the Voronezh Forestry Engineering Institute (now Voronezh State Forestry Academy), since 1995, head of the same department.
