Vladimir Yuryevich was the Principal of the student club at the Voronezh State Forestry Academy (1997-2000). Assistant director (since 2000), director (since 2001) of the information programs studio of the Voronezh State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company.
Author of creativity television projects dedicated to Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin: the essay “I would like to go back to that place ..." (2001), the documental "Truth in the Loop" (2003), "My dear good people!"(2005; the main prize at the competition of the regional festival in Ryazan "Crystal Crane"). Member of the initiative group for the installation of the monument to Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin in Voronezh (2006).
