Vladimir Rudometkin went to the Batumi Russian Secondary School No. 7 named after A.S. Pushkin. In 1980, Vladimir successfully passed exams at the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (now Federal State Institution of Education "Russian University of Transport") and became a student at the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering.
