Member Council on Microelectronics, Ministry of Electronic Industry, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics, 1989-1990. Head staff headquarters of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Liquidation of Chernobyl Catastrophe Consequences, 1987.
