He is best known for his books In the Name of Allah: A History of Clarence 13X and the Five Percenters Volume 1, and his subsequent book In the Name of Allah: A History of Clarence 13X and the Five Percenters Volume 2. In 1998, he helped co-found the organization the Allah Team, of which Islamic scholar Doctor Wesley Muhammad is also a member.
