Assistant District Attorney, Stephens County, 1974-1978.
Chief Prosecutor of Muskogee County, 1978-1980. Member: Stephens County, Muskogee County (President, 1980) and Oklahoma (Member, Board of Governors, 1989-1991) Bar Associations.
The firm was founded in 1929 by Joe H. Kennedy who died in 1984 at the age of 79. Mr. Kennedy was joined in the practice by his son, Joe R. Kennedy, in 1964.
Since that time, the firm"s practice has steadily grown.
