Wu, Wen-Shi was born on September 9, 1943 in Chendu, China. Son of Chen-Ting Wu and Shih-Chieh Chung.

Career

Professor National Taiwan University, Taipei, 1975—2002, chairman department plant pathology, 1994—1997, dean college agriculture, 1998—2001, professor emeritus department plant pathology, since 2002. President Taiwan Hospitality & Tourism College, Taiwan, 2002—2004. Provost academy affairs Chinese Culture University, 2004—2005, professor department horticulture, since 2004.

Consultant Taipei City Government, since 1999, Minister Economic, Taiwan, since 2000.

Achievements
