Inspector of the Stations of Royal Meteorological Society since 1878.

Appointed Lecturer of Meteorology, 1905. F.R.Met.Soc.; Corresponding Member Hertfordshire Natural History Society. Assistant Secretary of Royal Meteorological Society since 1872.
