Career

Virginia (Mistress Virgil Hill). Ordained to ministry Presbyterian Church, 1908. Minister Riverside Chapel, Minneapolis, 1907-1919.

Superintendent Union City Mission, Minneapolis, from 1919. Pioneered nationally in church camping, and in organizing standards of Bible conference camps. Organized 8 districts of the International Union of Gospel Missions.

President board of directors of the Children’s Gospel Mission of Minneapolis. Civic Award for most distinguished service to Minneapolis, 1940.
