Our firm was originally founded by William H. DeParcq, a pioneer in the Federal Employers" Liability Acting (FELA). We have been representing injured plaintiffs for more than 50 years, and provide a broad range of litigation services for clients in Minnesota and around the Country in all areas of personal injury and tort litigation.
Our firm has been involved in a number of major cases involving airplane, train and maritime disasters.
