Career
Admitted to the bar, 1960. I have a fundamental belief in the utility and appropriateness of alternative dispute resolution (Alternative Dispute Resolution)for persons and organizations in conflict, and for society as a whole. I enjoy serving as the neutral in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings and have personally conducted over 300 mediations, including many personal injury claims, and over 25 arbitrations, mostly involving construction disputes and employment matters.
