This text, along with the microcomputer program it supports, is a resource for teaching courses in money and banking. The use of the interactive program has a number of advantages. Firstly, it is an up-to-date text. Secondly, students should find even the most advanced material easy to learn since the computer helps the students understand the logic behind the content. Finally, the individual student controls the speed of a program's execution. The programs are easy to run and require no previous knowledge of microcomputers. Every program is menu-driven, and the book is comb-bound to lay flat for easy computer-side use. This project has been class-tested at Duke University and is seen as an effective method for teaching money and banking. A comprehensive instructor's manual is available for adopters. The book comes with a 3.5" disk containing 7 programs.
