Special meteorological adviser transport-Atlantic flight for North Carolina seaplanes (United States Navy) at Trepassey, Newfoundland, May 1919, and for British dirigible R34, at Mineola, New York, July 1919, engaged in organizing weather service for commercial airways activities, since 1926.
