Wolfgang Paul

Background

Paul was born in Münster, Germany, later settling in Frankfurt am Main.

Education

He graduated from the German Federal Government Administration Academy and worked for many years as a government officer in West Germany.

Career

He became a Regional Representative of the Twelve in 1991 after he had completed his service as mission president Paul was called as an area seventy in 1995, being among the original ones called, and served as a counselor in the Europe East Area presidency. Paul is married to the former Helga Klappert.

They have three children.

He currently resides in Moscow.
