He graduated from Tokyo University in 1922.
Career
He became a professor at Hokkaido Limversity in 1925. Also director of the Applied Electricity Researcn Institute at Hokkaido University since 1946. He won a doctorate in 1938 and wrote many themes ' on high-frequency waves.
Membership
He was the member of the Radio Wave Technical Council, of the Radio Wave Scientific Research Council, and of the Hokkaido Scientific and Technological Council.
