In 1930 Mr. Chou graduated from the Peking Military College and later from the Japanese Military Staff College at Tokyo.
Career
He was a director-general of military training of the Inspectorate-General of Military Training in 1930 and then Mr. Chou became an assistant director of the First Department of the Military Affairs Commission.
