Yaginuma Takusuke graduated from Nihonmatsu Senior Elementary School (1901).
Career
For 10 years worked at Kobunsha Bookstore (from 1902). Established Bukyo Sekai (World of Chivalry) Magazine Publishing Company in collaboration with Shunro Oshikawa (1911). Became president of Tokyo Company (1931) and published the magazine Fujin Gaho (Pictorial Magazine for Women) and Kodomo-no Kuni (Country of Children). After the end of the war changed the name of Tokyo Company to Fujin Gaho Company. Started All-Japan Middle School Baseball Tournament and later ran it jointly with the Asahi Shimbun (newspaper) until he assigned it completely under the auspices of the Asahi (1918).
