Was born on 19.02.1921 in the town of Brody, died on 02.03.1989 in the city of Minsk, opera-symphonic conductor. In 1979 he became the Honored Artist of USSR.Also was one of the founders of opera and Ballet Theater in Voronezh.

In 1941 graduated from Lvov conservatory.
Chief conductor and art director of Lvov, Odessa, Voronezh (1967-1971), Kazan and Minsk theatres. Member of the hanging committees of many USSR-wide and Russia-wide conductors and vocalists contests. Was on tour in many USSR cities.
Staged more than 100 operatic and ballet perfomances (as well as in Voronezh): “Mazeppa”, “The Queen of Spades” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, “Aida”, “The Troubadour" by Giuseppe Verdi, “Prince Igor” by Alexander Borodin, “Carmen” by Georges Bizet, “Russian woman” by Kirill Molchanov and many more along with the range of concert programmes.
