Education
In the year 1921 Yasushi Watanabe graduated from Tokyo University. He became Doctor of Engineering in 1940.
Career
In 1922 Yasushi Watanabe was appointed assistant professor, and in 1940 professor at Tohoku University. He became director of Electric Communication Research Institute of Tohoku University in the year 1952. Published numerous papers on electric communication engineering especially on wire communication.
