Lecturer National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, 1979-1980, associate professor, 1984-1991, professor, since 1991, associate director, 1991-1993. Research assistant Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, 1980-1983. Consultant Chung-Sun Institute of Science and Technology, Tai Chung, since 1985, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, since 1990.
