In 1951 Yevgeniy Alexandrovich Pulver graduated from the Department of Philology of the Faculty of History and Philology at the Voronezh State University.
Career
In 1950-1956 Yevgeniy Pulver was a correspondent, head of the editorial department of the newspaper "Young Communar". In 1956-1963 he was a correspondent, deputy executive secretary of the editorial office at the newspaper "Kommuna". In 1963-1978 Yevgeniy Alexandrovich was a correspondent of the Soviet Union Telegraph Agency in the Voronezh Region. In 1978-1982 he was the head of the representative office of the publishing house "Izvestia" in the Central Black Earth region.
The author of published in Voronezh guidebooks like "Meet Voronezh" (1965), "Hello, Voronezh!" (1970), "Briefly about Voronezh" (1985), the book "Voronezh Mosaic" (1983).
