Appointed Consul at Hanoi (1945) and then chief of the Fourth Section of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry (1951). Appointed First Secretary of the Japanese Embassy at London (1952). Appointed chief of the First Section of the Economic Bureau of the Ministry (1954).
