義弘 里見
Yoshihiro Satomi was born in 1530 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
Yoshihiro Satomi carried out an expedition to Miura Peninsula across the sea and annexed over 40 villages to his original territory in Awa and Kazusa (Chiba Prefecture) (1556).
He won a great victory over the Hojo forces at Konodai, northeast of Edo (1563). When he was celebrating the victory at a great banquet, Ujimasa Hojo's forces came back and routed Yoshinori's forces. Yoshihiro retreated to the hinterland in Kazusa. Although many of his followers left him subsequently, he managed to repulse Ujimasa's thrusts into Kazusa and keep Awa and Kazusa.
