Education
In 1920, Tsushima graduated from Economics Department of Keio University.
Career
After graduating from the university, Yoshimichi Tsushima entered Mitsui Bank and served as manager of its Edobashi, Hibiya and Horidome branches, ultimately becoming permanent auditor in 1949. In 1952 he resigned and became president of Subaru Kogyo Kaisha (Subaru Theatrical Company).
