Yoshinaga Koyama was appointed prosecutor in 1924 and served at higher courts at Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe. In 1942, he retired and began practice of law. From 1943 to 1951, Yoshinaga worked in Koki Mujin (Mutual Loan) Company and, after serving as its director, senior managing director and counselor, was appointed to the post of President of Koki Sogo Ginko (Mutual Loaning Financing Bank).
