Yoshio Tokune became superintendent of Hokkaido Plant (1933), superintendent of Kaharu Plant, chief of Technical Department of the head office, managing director and then president (1946).
Resigned as president (1947) and when the name of the company was changed to Nihon Cement Company became its chairman (1949). Held additional post of director of Japan Cement Technique Association.
