In 1916 he graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
Abe Yoshio became instructor at Second Higher School and at the Hiroshima Higher Normal School. In 1927 - toured Europe with a scholarship from the Ministry of Education. In 1946 – was appointed head of the marine laboratory of Hiroshima University.
