Zoia Ilinichna studied at the Ashgabat Pedagogical Institute. Also graduated from the Vocal Faculty of the Tashkent Conservatory (1942).
Zoia Ilinichna was the soloist of musical theaters in Tashkent, Stalinabad, Tula, Irkutsk, Ashgabat, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don (1941-1949), the Voronezh Theater of Musical Comedy (Voronezh Musical Theater, 1949-1966). The main parts are: La Périchole ("La Périchole" by Jacques Offenbach), Odette, Maritza, Silva ("Bayadere", "Countess Maritza", "The Gipsy Princess" by Imre Kalman), Wanda ("Rose-Marie" by Rudolf Friml and Herbert Stothart), Adele ("The Bat" by Johann Strauss), Hanna Glawari ("The Merry Widow" by Franz Lehar), Nina, Stella ("The Golden Valley", "The Wind of Liberty" by Isaak Osipovich Dunayevsky), Ksenia, Vaselina ("Girlish commotion", "Trembita" by Yuri Sergeyevich Milyutin), Tanya ("Bright Lights" of Georgy Vasilyevich Sviridov) and others.
She was elected deputy of the City Council (1950-1955).
