Graduated from gymnasium named after V.L. Stepantsova in the city of Voronezh in 1911 and the the History and Philology Department of the Bestuzhev Courses in 1917.
In 1921 moved to Petrograd. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Living Oriental Languages in 1924.
Participated in the work on the Sino-Russian dictionary at the Leningrad Oriental Institute. Scientific employee of the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (since 1930). In 1936 went on an expedition to study the peoples of the Far East.
Worked on the thesis research "Experience of the social characteristics of the peoples of Bohai". In 1938, as the wife of the executed Mongolian V.A. Kazakevich was deported to Kazakhstan.
She translated 2 stories, published in the book "True History of A-Kay" (Leningrad, 1929), and the story of Shao Jun-e "Golden Earring" (Questions of Foreign Literature, 1930, No. 4).
